As the title states- this home really has “the works”. From the basement to the rooftop oasis, Blutek automated every potential facet of this home.
The scope involved a two-tiered theatre build, home lighting, multi-room audiovisual installation throughout, home network, full security, access control and alarm setup.
A standout feature of this project is the basement games room. Illuminated pool tables, in-ceiling stereo speakers and motorised curtains reveal an underwater view of the pool.
